Exchanges Only

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you received the wrong product, a defective file, or experienced an issue with your download, we’re more than happy to assist you with an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at vocalessential@mail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or proof, if applicable

Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only offered for digital product issues (e.g., wrong file, corrupted preset, technical error).

  • Each product is uniquely delivered and not eligible for refund once downloaded unless a verified error occurs.

  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange request if the issue falls outside our policy or timeframe.
