Welcome to VocalEssential. By accessing or using our website (vocalessential.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

VocalEssential provides downloadable vocal presets and digital tools for artists and producers. All products are delivered electronically and are intended for personal and professional use.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on VocalEssential are digital. Once a purchase is completed, the customer will receive a download link via email or access through their account.

  • No physical items will be shipped.

  • Ensure your email is correct at checkout to receive your files.

3. No Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, if you encounter a problem with your purchase (e.g., wrong file, corrupted download), we offer exchanges. Please reach out to vocalessential@mail.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. License & Usage

Purchasing a product from VocalEssential grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your music projects.
You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish any of our presets or files.

  • Share files with others or upload them to public forums or platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including product names, branding, design, and audio tools, are the property of VocalEssential and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

VocalEssential is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or system failure.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
